OPPORTUNITIES TO GET INVOLVED (2)

NEW WAYS OF WORKING
We will be working alongside project teams delivering New Ways of Working (NWW) and Creating Capable Teams (CCTA) programmes. Two members were recently trained as facilitators for CCT, which is a structured ‘off-the-shelf’ 5-step approach with a defined workforce focus, aimed at supporting the integration of NWW.  NWW is about how a modern mental health team works in terms of using the various capabilities and competencies of team members as an alternative to the traditional practice-based approach and part of CiP’s commission is to develop guidelines for the carers and managers involved.  Project teams in Walsall. Birmingham/Solihull, Coventry/Warwickshire and Staffordshire are likely to be seeking carers to participate.  If these approaches interest you please contact us.

NEW DIRECTORS NEEDED
New directors are urgently needed by Carers in Partnership CIC to help support the ongoing development of the independent organisation.  Meetings are held once a month at CEIMH and there is some additional infrastructure work between meetings. Directors receive a very small taxable fee and travelling expenses are paid.

If you have a genuine interest in furthering the work of carers in partnership and would like a chat to learn more about what is involved please contact us and ask to speak with one of the directors.

ADMINISTRATOR NEEDED
An Administrator is required to provide support to the Finance Director and Project Directors for perhaps 3/5 days a month. Some keyboard skills are essential (word processing and spreadsheets) and experience of processing payments would also be helpful. This is paid work that would generally be undertaken in our office at CEIMH.  Please contact us if you would like to discuss this opportunity further.
