Carers in Partnership Community Interest Company
Carers in Partnership became a registered Community Interest Company (CIC) on 14th August 2007 It began operating as a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee on 1st October 2007. The initial Board of Directors were all members of the Carers in Partnership Network and are themselves carers.
All members of the Carers in Partnership network were eligable to register as members of the new Carers in Partnership CIC and most of them have chosen to do so. We are also taking new members. Membership of the company must be confirmed by the Board of Directors.
CSIP West Midlands has contracted with CiP CIC to complete the carer involvement work programme for the year. As an independent company, it can undertake commissions from any organisation in the field. contact us now.
Carers in Partnership promotes the involvement of family members and friends in the way that mental health services are planned,
set up and run.
The organisation seeks to help and inform carers who wish to be involved in, and informed about, the development of quality mental health services.
